Anger the Great Motivator!

I know, I know, from my last posting I spoke of anger, negativity and not letting those feelings be my spiritual food.

However, this week I discovered, a little anger in the diet, is actually really healthy.
As part of my energy healing practice, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Chakra healing, I have been stirring and kicking up some anger.  I had no reason to be angry, however my body didn't agree.

What is EFT?
Think of if this way....So for example, you want to start a business, change careers or pursue your artistic passions, however something is stopping you from doing so.  Well, my friend that is trapped energy, energy that is been stored in your body for many years.  So when you release/or move this trapped energy you begin to feel "the shift."  You start to see and hear things differently and ultimately you start to naturally attract and make the changes you want.

So anyway, I  noticed this week, through my EFT practice, I was kicking up some negativity and anger.   I didn't know what to do with it, so I just let it be.  Anger and negativity are a part of life, however I didn't now where it was leading, so I just chose to trust.

Well I'm happy to say anger was my biggest motivator and thus I  accomplished so much this week...collecting on unpaid invoices, attracting and connecting with people of my energetic tribe and daring to set outrageous goals!!

Are you ready to see things differently now?

Take care.

Matters of the Heart

I'm moved to share....Recents events in the news have really emphasized negativity, hate and fear.
So here  I am, working out at the gym, and I'm just bombarded with negative information.  It's on the TV in the workout area, the TV in the locker room.  It's like you can't escape!

I felt myself getting  angry and not knowing where to put it.  It rendered me feeling helpless, a feeling a don't care for.   Then I took a beat...ok, I allowed myself to feel that anger that is permeating in the world, and now I can move forward.

This is just a reminder to be mindful of what kind of energy you are allowing into your life.  What messages are playing in your background?  If they are negative,  are they serving your greater and highest good?

I find opting out of negativity and fear, and opting into love, joy and kindness gives me the power...to continue, to take actions that serve me as well and my fellow man.

This doesn't mean I deny that negativity, fear or hatred exist...I just don't have nourish my body and mind with them.

Peace and blessings
